TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Unless otherwise stated (f.e., for pre-orders and membership deliveries)  your order is dispatched within two-five working days from date of order to third party distributors nearest to your address. Your delivery will be made 7 working days from date of order. If this is not possible, we will contact you to discuss the options. If you require a specific date, please contact us and we can make arrangements. Specific delivery times are available, but will be subject to an additional charge. 

  • Once the delivering depot receives your order, they will call you to book in your delivery. You must provide a suitable daytime contact number at the time of ordering. Failure to do so could result in a delay in delivery and we’ re not responsible for any problems this may make to you..

  • In order to enable us to operate a full nationwide delivery, we send all our pallets via a pallet network. Wagons can be anything upto an 18 tonne vehicle; although a smaller vehicle can be requested at the time of order. Smaller wagons will not carry 2cm crates.

  • Typically we deliver to mainland England free of charge. Deliveries to Scotland may incur a small surcharge.

  • All orders are delivered on a wooden pallet. The pallet is removed from the lorry using a tail lift and moved into position with a manual pallet lifter. Manual pallets lifters cannot move on gravel, chippings or loose surfaces. They will not move up kerbs or over steps. Please let us know in advance if access to your property is difficult. Failure to do so may incur a charge for redelivery.

  • We do not have access to vehicles with cranes and therefore we cannot lift goods over fences, walls or hedges. Delivery drivers will not carry good through houses. This delivery service is a one man delivery service only.

  • If the delivery driver arrives at your address and no one is available to accept delivery, without 24 hours notice, a charge for redelivery may be incurred. A delivery without a signature is available, although not advised.

  • Delivery of items will be to a suitable point on your property. The nearest point will be the pavement. While we endeavor to meet delivery expectations, any movement of the goods on your property is at the driver's discretion. Empty pallets will not be removed from the property.

  • Deliveries are made 9-5, Monday to Friday. Saturday deliveries are available, though cannot be guaranteed and are subject to an additional charge.

  • If delivery is refused, a charge for returning the good will be made to the customer. This charge is 40 pounds.

  • In line with Consumer Rights Act 2015, A customer has the right to cancel, they have 14 days starting the day receipt of the goods and then 14 days in which to return the goods to FireMood, we then have up to 14 days to action the refund. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, you can arrange you own courier or we can organize this for you at a charge of £40.00. Notification of cancel can be provided, the template on the homepage, via telephone, email or fax.

  • A charge may be made for redelivery if you fail to notify us at the time of order any access restrictions or issues that prevent us from delivering to your property.

  • All logs are supplied at a standard approximate length of 250mm. The width of the log may vary and tolerances must allow for pieces as small as 25-30 mm which is used to fill in the gaps between larger logs; the largest size is 80-90mm, on average. If you require larger, chunky logs please call us with your order and we will be happy to assist you.

  • Prices shown include VAT and delivery are in British Pounds Sterling GBP. All Payments are to be made in advance of delivery/service by PayPal, debit or credit card.

  • All products are subject to availability.
